Yes Hands
I had remembered when I drew hands for a piece of stained glass I was going to work on but never got to it. I thought those are perfect.. I looked through my art work and was able to locate them. I quickly placed them on top of my painting along with my Sistine Chapel book. I was afraid to start. Pencil is so easy to erase but paint is not. I stared at the painting for months waiting to be brave. I kept thinking about so many different ways to approach this piece but nothing felt right. Finally I thought why not just use the hands I already drew. Of course! I copied the hands I already drew. I made copies on the copy machine and traced around those as well. It was exactly how I wanted it. The first set of hands were on the painting.
